Nasser Rajallah Aljuhani is a Consultant Internist & Endocrinologist at East Jeddah Hospital (300-bed capacity) and King Abdulaziz Hospital (450-bed capacity) (MOH, JCI-accredited hospitals) in Jeddah, KSA since 2004. Dr. Aljuhani graduated in 1994 from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, KSA. He completed his residency training program in internal medicine at King Abdualziz Hospital & Oncology Center, Jeddah in 2000. He then completed his two years fellowship program in endocrinology & metabolism at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, Riyadh, KSA in 2004. He was awarded the Arab Board (ABIM), Saudi Board (SBIM) and Membership of Royal College of Physician of Internal Medicine (MRCP,UK) certifications of Internal Medicine in 2001.He also obtained Fellowship of Royal College of Physician of Internal Medicine – Endocrine,(FRCP),UK, Edinburg, U.K in 2009 and Membership of Royal College of Physician of Endocrinology & Diabetes (MRCP,UK) in 2017.

He has had more than 16 years of experience of managing various types of endocrine disorders and diabetes. Additionally, he is also the Chief of Executive Committee of the Jeddah of Saudi Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (SSEM) since 2011 and the Secretary of AACE Gulf Chapter. Dr. Aljuhani is actively involved in many local endocrine scientific activities and a member of many hospital wide committees and local, regional, international scientific associations. He has 15 publications in peer reviewed journals.

Dr. Aljuhani is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) and was awarded Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare and Hospital Management from American University. He was the Chief of Internal Medicine at East Jeddah Hospital from 2017 to 2018 and the Supervisor of Endocrine and the Diabetes Health Care Services in Jeddah region, MOH, KSA in 2017. He was appointed as Director of Al Thagar General Hospital, Jeddah, KSA from 2012 to 2016 and the Supervisor General of New Jeddah East Hospital project, Jeddah, KSA from 2012 to 2013. In addition, he was also appointed as Assistant Supervisor General for Medical Affairs (Medical Director) and the Chief of Internal Medicine at King Abdul-Aziz Hospital & Oncology Center (KAAH&OC), Jeddah, KSA. He was also Deputy Chairman of Medical Education and Director of the Saudi board of internal medicine residency training program at KAAH & OC, Jeddah 2004 – 2006. He has vast experience in the health care quality accrediting bodies standards: Central Board Accreditation of Health Care Institutions (CBAHI) & Joint Commission International (JCI).
